    Yeah, no hangover and I'm eating porridge with chopped banana or a couple of weetabix with a bit of fruit and fibre over the top. Exciting stuff <cheers>

    Prep for slow cooked beef. Into oven and then off out on MTB to Castleton and mam tor/broken road. Warm me up when back.

    There was a famous chef who was the same, can't remember his name though but he just loved doing all the prep.

    Just googled, Simon Hopkinson. Really good chef.
