To watch some footy this is the arduous journey I have to go through.

    Turn on xbox
    Open kodi
Wait 2 mins for kodi to boot up
    Open fifafootball link
    Open game
    Wait 10 seconds
    Games on

    Its not for everyone

Streams do my nut in, proper CBA.

This discussion isn’t about people nicking footie as opposed to those who pay for it anyway, it’s about the additional games being made PPV and the price point they’ve chosen.

Suppose I've come from a tradition that if you wanted to watch football, you had to pay to go to a game. The only football on TV was the highlights on the Big Match or MOD, other than that, it was the FA Cup Final, World Cup and International Matches.

So when football started to be shown live on TV, it naturally followed you wasn't a real supporter if you didn't go to a game. Whereas now, no one gives a shhite about a real supporter, we've turned it into a TV game. The sad part of that is kids will miss the outdoor activity of the event, come all weathers.

I do think TV can add value, in the sense of people who genuinly cannot get to games, due to finance, poor health etc. but I think it's gone beyond that, which is a shame, certainly in the Prem anyway. Football used to be about communitites coming together, that has long passed, we now tart it up with fancy community slogans, such a BLM to make it look as though we care.

You haven't got kids mate. Imagine when they grow up, they won't have the sort of memories I have, from when I first went football, all they will know is watching it on TV. I just think that's sad.

The kids thing, I've taken all my kids to Anfield once they were old enough but if I wanted to do it on a regular basis it would cost a fortune. Isn't it a fact that the increase in ticket prices has driven a lot of fans to watch the games on TV as they simply cannot afford to go to games? And is that TV revenue something that is of more value financially to clubs than fans attending the grounds?

Someone asked in pm already so I'll just copy it here for anyone if they want to say **** you to sky.

    For the footy
    Got to sports
Blue hat - go in fifa folder - any one of the stream lists will show games for that day. (Lots of espn and nbcsn links under blue hat)
    or
    rising tides
    Go to live football
Here it just has a list of all games that day in one place so easier to navigate and also usually where you'll find the sky sports streams.

Its a complete build btw so has movies, TV shows, concerts, docs, live TV, the lot.

Won't work on Ps cos, you have to do some kind of workaround to get kodi on them. But good for laptops xbox, firesticks, android boxs.

Expectation of prem fans that drove prices up, win at all cost. Pay silly money for players, never hear you complaining about that.
