  3. Apologies if this is seb, I can't see it anywhere, but an American billionaire, Dan Och,has teamed up with Glen Fuhrman to manage a new aquisition fund specialising in buying up entire entities, mainly, but not exclusively,in the tech industry. They're backed by some major Wall Street players.
That sounds ominous to me,for our hopes of GF being involved in us. Don't know, could be the reason why he left FPP,to work with Och.

Bloody newcomers coming on here and trying to belittle you is all wrong. Don’t they realise there’s a queue!

Why don't you try going on the Newcastle board, call someone a "****ing sad case" because you've got the hump and see what happens? If you expect a hearty slap on the back for that then you're daft.

Bad news for those of us hoping for GF inspired buyout. Looks to me as though we wouldn’t be what they’re looking for. Hope I’m wrong, but don’t think so.

To be fair I think Fuhrman already has his finger in several pies and that doesn't sound like something that would necessarily demand all of his time.

Was just about to say the same. You can be involved in more than one enterprise at a time.

When it looks like all Premier Games will be sold for £15 a pop. I can see those teams with the best technology underpinning how good the supporters experience is (whether it is super fast broadband or 5G in the grounds or when you’re at home or in the pub or on the move) will be majorly important going forward to keeping the revenue coming in. This tie up is probably nowt to do with us mind.

Yeah it's not like it's his first rodeo, he's already a busy boy with multiple interests. Even easier these days with online meetings and whatnot.

It's not hard to wind you lot up, as you have so much to be proud of :). A gentle jibe about Shearer is usually enough to get a response. 'Who let the toon doon' is always a good one. Mackem bastard is standard response.

Looking back this morning, perhaps I said one or two things a bit OTT, but not too much wrong. Maybe not one of my finer nights <laugh>

That's a bit sensitive and self aware. You support the wrong team.
