In this league to play well before you begin to play you have to provide the gritt. They are up for it tonight we haven't been. I hope this makes the team realise the fight that is needed because this was very poor. By does this prove we could have done with a couple of leader/ battlers tonight. Lot to learn from this. Wilks is a decent player and I was hoping he was in tonight but hold up play very poor but not just blaming him it was a terrible team performance. There is some big teams in this league and I would still like to see the midfield beefed up a bit. Tonight out muscled, still a good start but a lot to learn.

We needed someone who could win the ball up front from high balls, which appears to have been our creative gameplan tonight for some reason.

He had a cracking game for NI last night. He's great at winning and holding the ball, something we've desperately needed tonight.
