Cheers, will try. I more of a cardio twat mainly though , run for at least an hour, trying to get up to half marathon level. Need some good protein **** tho, cos I'm gonna get scrawny as **** with all the running if I don't do weights lol.
High protein... Do intermittent fasting and hiit... Well that's if you've got some muscle already... If not you'll need to build some 1st...
Hey ****s n giggles, it's just a crappy message board not real life remember. I lost a **** tonne of weight doing the keto diet this year, pretty underweight now and need to get the muscle back, so yeah need to get some protein **** like that, so cheers.
Don't do hiit then.. Just hit the heavy weights you'll build muscle and burn fat....if you keep your protein count high as **** you'll be able to do cardio and you'll preserve your muscle... If you jut keep running and your protein count is low you'll get rid of muscle, so be careful with that... Personally I'd just ditch cardio if you want to build muscle.
All those clubs mentioned all had money to burn in the transfer market while Houghton's achievements were done on a shoestring including us,can't even remember if he bought any players while at Newcastle.
Tiote, Ben Arfa, Best, Lovenkrands, Williamson etc. Agree - but he did have some funding at Brighton, not massive but enough to reshape the team.

That's gotta be wrong, it misses out his signings in the champ, ie Lovenkrands, Best, Williamson, Routledge, Hall etc. Also Carroll was sold by Pardew in the January transfer window, long after Houghton was sacked, and Kuqi was signed by Pardew after Carroll was sold.
I think you have probably got to the root of the problem there. His insults are not because he is admitting defeat but because you think you are right no matter how many people disagree with you. Most people would tend to back down if the majority of people disagree with them or try and provide irrefutable evidence that supports their argument.
