Only it’s merely all assumption that there is exclusion. The details of how their employee forum actually works hasn’t been released as far as I’m aware. The fact that they’d created a forum for BAME discussion was what got people’s heckles up, it was initially misinterpreted as being a physical space to start with, which was my point earlier in the discussion. I’d doubt that in any organisation anyone would be specifically excluded if they wanted to contribute, providing it was respectful etc, but it seems the mere idea of their being a space for specific BAME issue discussion has been leapt on as being somehow racist. They could set up a fishing forum and you’d only participate if you like fishing, I don’t get the beef. Sainsbury’s have been taking a kicking for it, and also for having the temerity to show support for Black History Month ffs, with all the usual types saying they’ll boycott etc. Not that they’re racist or anything. Ironic really as Sainsbury’s have won awards for some of the work they’ve done around equality. Funny old world.

We always have a lot as we have woods nearby. Bloody dog is 3 years old now and still tries to run through the glass in the patio doors to get them, she is a cocker spaniel but will soon look like a pug if she does not stop doing it!
Our dog thinks they've come to play. They appear to be quite tame and don't run off but climb onto the fence to see what you're up to.
