Further to my colleague testing positive at the end of last week, turned up today and of the 40 people in the workplace, only 8 of us so far have negative tests! All the engineers based in Scotland (5 of us) had their results within 24 hours, whilst some of the North England guys are still waiting for results of tests carried out on Saturday. More worrying is the fact that so far at least 15 of them have results that are positive Deep clean of our factory/warehouse and all those who turned up today (six of us) have had additional self-tests carried out by a private health company, so we'll see what the turnaround of that is....
Almost half of the nearly 16,000 people with coronavirus missed by the Test and Trace system still have not had their contacts traced, the health secretary has admitted. All seems to be working perfectly well then eh. Pathetic
And now hearing that 500 positive cases that are 2 weeks old have been added to the system. Another blunder by 'details' Johnson regarding the £500 self isolation payment. This all beyond a joke now. This government is actually doing more harm than good. Incompetent is too light a word to describe them. Hancock just blatantly lies and Johnson just blatantly doesnt care.
I agree bob, lets spend our lives moaning on here! meanwhile, there is an excellent documentary about our planet on now.... you carry on mate
Who could have foreseen that Dido Harding, who lost the data of 157,000 customers when she was in charge of TalkTalk, might lose 16,000 test results?
Apparently the phone system that the tracers use also collapses regularly.Good job we have someone experienced in ****ing up telecoms in charge! Will take 3 months to upgrade the phone system which was never fit for purpose.
https://petition.parliament.uk/signatures/93008789/signed 65000 signatures so far... The latest advice from our dear leader is to go to the cinema to save Cineworld so seems fine.
Tested positive almost two months ago and six more positive tests since. A good example of tests picking up virus remnants, not live cases. please log in to view this image
I had to leave work early today to collect Lil’ Uber from school, having been informed that she sat next to a lad in a lesson on Friday that has since tested positive for coronavirus. She now has to self-isolate until the 19th, meaning I will have work from home too. Biggest bummer is that I’m supposed to be finally moving home on the 22nd, which is now in jeopardy. Not been a good few weeks, but hey-ho...
What a bastard. Can you get yourself and kids tested and skip the isolation of negative? I, like most of the known universe, am unclear of the precise nature of the rules. Or guidance. Or laws. Whatever.
