You know I’m right there though mate. Could be the best derby in beards, which likely means it’ll end up being another 0-0....... We’re actually looking forward to this one, which hasn’t happened in a few years now, I’d forgotten what it feels like
This is the best chance Everton have had to stick one on us in a long time. Last night was a total disaster, but we have won our first 3 games. The opener was a bit of a slugfest, but the performances against Chelsea and Arsenal were strong and very professional. I thoroughly expect us to prove that last night was just one of those extraordinary events that happen now and then. I bloody hope so anyway. Or we could be dead nervous and screw up again. Oh, I don't know.
No one does mate. Thankfully we have two weeks before. Just meaningless ****e in between. Wish Klopp had them for 2 weeks
Against a Mane- less Allison-less team sure. We just have to rely on form going out of the window in derbies.
I should have said possibly Mane-less. If cases are symptomatic they do not necessarily regain their full strength after 2 or 3 weeks lets hope he's fully fit but covid can sap your strength and stamina.
All the stick from Everton fans due to us having one bad, well very bad, game is a bit depressing. Then I remembered this:- please log in to view this image
Should be interesting this game, i actually fancy Everton to beat us but then lose a daft one They will be well up for this, will be interesting whether they really go for us Should be a good game
@Tobes...what do you think about this meeting, Everton in good form wwww. Liverpoool wwwL What is your prediction? please log in to view this image
Both sides have got most of their first team away on International duty, and it remains to be seen what happens in terms of any potential injuries or COVID infections. So I’ll keep my powder dry until the team sheets are in.
Different ends of the scale; Everton are hoping not to pick up Covid whereas our plays are going out sharing the love
Liverpool have a poor record at Goodison Park, but Jurgen Klopp have not lost two games in a row, I hope he can maintain it.
Got all the hallmarks of the 2012 FA semi final. The whole of the media, and one quarter of Merseyside, had convinced themselves that this was Everton's moment. Christ, I remember Judy Dench and Amanda Holden in the VIP seats at Wembley. Yep, was all set to be the start of the Blueshite renaissance.. We'll see.
What makes you think that’s what will be expected of him? Having watched Sunday’s game, I’d be more worried about him picking up the ball in the centre of the park and pinging balls into the channel behind Trent for Richarlison if I was you mate.
