After they withdrew they were persuaded to come back to the table and were expecting approval the day Ashley notified the media he was seeking legal action.. PIF have been in ever since.... This isn't me making things up this is actually what's been going on.

1. A lawyer involved in a case would not seriously leak news of a settlement via Twitter.
2. I doubt much has happened apart from possibly an initial communication between Blackstone and PL regarding the action
3. There is no evidence that PIF have "come back".
