Day 9, still not great but might be a little better today. Cough and fatigue only now.

 

Hot Almond / Soya milk (dairy not good for mucoids), large spoonful of honey, slug of cheaper spiced rum (no point wasting the good stuff) ... have you back on your feet (or sleeping peacefully - dependent on number of repeats ) in next to no time

Not taking the piss, but could the fatigue be caused as you you havn't really done much for the last 6 months? (due to this ****ing virus spreading)

 

No it's not that I'm a bit tired from doing nothing I mean illness fatigue where your whole body is tired.
I'm quite an active person and have maintained what I do throughout the lockdown.

 

How are you and the family doing mate?

 

The family have all recovered, Mrs luv is asthmatic so was a worry. Last 2 days I'm a little better, I have a lung condition and it seems to be latching onto my chest so taking a bit longer with me.
On a couple of occasions my breathing had been bad and I've had to consider hospital but thankfully it hasn't progressed.
Really nasty virus but from what I've read some have really mild symptoms so it's different from person to person. I'd certainly recommend avoiding.

 

I have every intention of avoiding mate, glad to hear the family are fine and you’re hopefully on the mend.

I’d say I hope the footie cheers you up later, but I’d be lying lol.

 

Been an eye opener, as with a lot of things in life your perspective changes once it directly affects you. I can see how dangerous it is when it attacks your breathing. **** knows what's going to happen when people start getting colds and panicking.

 

Just had a call from my best mate, he's just tested positive, was out with him Tuesday, going to have to self isolate for 14 days from Tuesday ffs.

 

Why from Tuesday ? I thought you had to self isolate right from the point you're aware that you've been informed ?

 

From last Tuesday, the day I was last in contact with him.

 

If you get common cold symptoms that'll be it, the government advice doesn't mention those symptoms but all my family started with them.

 

Day 12 I think? Been a bit mad. Feel a lot better today, still have a cough but it feels more like a normal cough, also seem to have more energy. Will take my time but will also get out for a short walk today to see how that feels.

 

Liverpool haven’t really been helping you have they mate?

 

What other symptoms did you have, beyond a cough?

 

Have the government really been using Excel to track covid rates ffs?

I mean, really?

 

I laughed. I'd already worked out what they'd done, before they revealed it....it was the only logical answer for losing the numbers
