EU Nationals can move between EU countries but anyone else needs a work permit. January 1st everyone will need a work permit unless they’re already here

 

The club had to organise a work permit urgently for Bielsa when he came. As long as you are a recognised specialist and in football an International player has no problems getting a permit, a non International would have to have played a certain % of games at his previous club so no problems there
