It kills 1 in 3 who are admitted to hospital and is passed as easily as a common cold, but has no natural immunity in society. The cure will make billions, but also keep our society safe, all of us. If we lose Drs and Nurses again due to peoples supidity, those with cancer and heart disease will be in a pickle.

At the last count something like less than 6% of the UK population had been infected with COVID, so the simple maths shows you that 94% of the population are still susceptible to it. Your claim that ‘those who are going to die already have done so’ is totally baseless. If we’ve already had something like 45k excess deaths from 6% infection rate, then it is safe to say that we if we opened up fully now, death rates would soar again. As for your comments about a vaccine, there are around 16 in late stage testing and trials, again rendering your assumption that it will be ‘untried’ baseless

What I have found is that there is a small number of people suffering across society due to the restrictions on treatment that were put in place due to the massive strain a pandemic put on staff and limited specialised resources.
