Some thoughts on the match seeing as you out have the transfers covered. The first 20 minutes we looked scared of city i think. While they were excellent, don't get me wrong, we just seemed like rabbits in headlights which caused our passing to be sloppy which caused us problems and a goal. Cooper was unlucky for the goal as he tried to clear it and didn't get enough on it, another day it would have gone away from Sterling. After 20 minutes we clicked into our normal rhythm and i have to say nothing that happened after that surprised me. That was the Leeds we have watched for the last two years and it was only that we were up against a world class goalkeeper and not Lee Camp for a change that we didn't win that game. Roberts got a bit of stick but he had a few good moments on the ball and played some sublime passes. His biggest failing on Saturday was being slow to help defend. At 21 year old I put this down to a lack of experience. Pablo would most likely have known that against the likes of City he might need to drop back quicker and help out more.

Agree he needs to work harder, much harder. He played some lovely passes on and key ones at that against City. That's more than we have seen previously. We need a replacement today hopefully!
