Cheap means of transport back to a game if you can find a berth on one of these ? Might take a couple of months though.
The results so far are important, no matter who we have played. There is no better team before a game, ask Liverpool this morning. Ask a Liverpool supporter if the think they will get thrashed this season and they will say no. We won despite playing styles of football that are frustrating to play against. We won with a team that is not settled, whilst some players have played and some are destined to play at higher levels, this could be said about plenty of other teams. I think we have a squad that is capable of being successful in the league and in the future transfer market.
Yes. Blame GLP. Just couldn't accept that I was right about Plymouth and his statement it was Bristol was wrong due to the fact they had been in the top flight, something he seemed unaware of. All he needed to say was OK.
The LP that is off is still good today. Still love his pics take off Johnny Ray, especially the bit in the middle.
I won't be getting too excited until Terry rights his wrongs of last season, as it stands he's taken the club backwards ably assisted by Ehab. Personally I still feel we are short on experience (one more 27/28 old talker) aka Smallwood, and a proven goal poacher, our conversion rate is poor, albeit on a positive note we are creating chances whilst maintaining clean sheets. In short my glass remain half empty.
That's going back some (Johnny Ray that is). Looking at the picture of the 45 disc, I've still got a few, but wonder where the plastic insert is for allowing me to play the bloody things on my turntable ? This whole digital world has caused me to overlook the important things in life.
Are we not forgetting who we are? If Carlsberg did banana skins they wouldn't do them as good as HCAFC. Teams play us who have'nt scored a goal, never mind got a point, and turn us over. From memory, Crystal Palace, and Peterborough in recent times. Going back a few years Oxford springs to mind. We wouldn't be Hull City if we didn't give strugglers a leg up. It's in the club's DNA.
