Alan Johnson used to go to see City, saw him quite often in the West Stand.

By the way, Castro. You're wasting your time with me on the Norwich thing.

I've been there a few times and it's a lovely place. I have family there.

A trip on a private boat down the broads with the family. Lovely.

Geez. There's a bit of Sunday afternoon needle.
that or someone forgot to put the lottery on and discovered he got 6 numbers.
Norwich is smaller than hull, but probably a nicer place to live. Liverpool is bigger than hull but is it a nicer place to live? I doubt it.

Mourinho's half time talk will be 'lets score 8 and put Skoljaer out of his misery'.... even with 10 as Neville said they are Manures starting 11... would Sancho make any difference ... NO....

Well it would be but what you've quoted there is the population of the entire Wakefield Borough (includes various other towns and villages such as Pontefract, Castleford, Normanton, Featherstone, etc.) not Wakefield City which has a population of just under 100k.

As thrilling as it is to have won our opening four league games without conceding, as well as having a good performance at Leeds in the League Cup, it's important we don't get too excited just yet. We have to bear in mind that we have played three promoted teams, two of whom - along with Gillingham from last season's League One - hadn't played since March. These opening matches are essentially functioning as their pre-season, something we didn't need (at least from a physical/fitness perspective) quite so much as a result of finishing the 2019/20 campaign.

Whilst we have been praised by opposing teams' fans for our defensive resoluteness, they don't seem to have been overly-impressed by our general play. They've been complimentary, of course, but hardly excited. Our first real test comes on Friday at Fleetwood, a team who have impressed at this level over the last couple of seasons and who play some decent football. It's vital that our attacking players' performances reach a standard that can impress opposition fans as much as those of our defenders. If we could win a couple of games by three or four in the next month then it would be a big message to the rest of the league, but there are some tough matches in there (Peterborough, Swindon, etc)

Fleetwood have started this year poorly though, beat 10 man Burton on the opening day but lost to P'Boro, Wimbledon (their only win too) and Rochdale, who were expected to struggle badly. They've got Ched Evans and Paddy Madden who both carry a big threat at this level and Glenn Whelan too so it's a surprise to see them start badly. It's a great opportunity to get another 3 points on the table though
