I can’t even sympathise, it was just utterly ridiculous. It’s sad of course that he died, I’m not laughing at him, but you’ve gotta be wired up wrong to do that.
He was an aid worker. Had been to Syria 3 times before. I doubt combat training would've helped. Not many journo's have combat training either and a fair few ended up with the same fate.
