It probably stems from two Sheffield attacks last week where our passing let us down and Sheffield countered us. Klich and Roberts were trying to track back and help out. Klich overtook Roberts who looked to be slowing down in resignation that he wouldn't make it back whereas Klich continued to sprint back. That happened twice in the first half and was probably why Roberts was hooked. They were the two moments last week that kind of confirmed to me that Roberts isn't up to that role. He's fine as an option up top but not in midfield. Pablo would have carried on. Forshaw would carry on. From what I have seen Gelhardt would carry on. Cantwell would carry on. That seems to be the weak point in the team so far this season with Pablo missing. It's the one position that we could easily strengthen in without breaking the bank. Hopefully it would improve our passing game too.

Tactically on point. We could just stick it up the jumper 2nd half and bore our way in to the final. I expect a Leedsy 2nd half where Wigan make a game of it. Rhinos are like United, it's never easy being a Leeds fan!
I spotted the gaping holes, but not the cause! Roberts was disappointing last week... and if he wasn’t putting the yards in that’s inexcusable... especially when the policy has been for that position to play 45 mins only. So I suspect he’d have been hooked regardless but the performance probably sealed it.
