My prediction is, as usual, in a sealed envelope which will be opened after the game. I expect us to win but think it will be close 8f we don't score early.

My thoughts are, this should be a home win but....... and we have a good record v Plymouth both home and away...but..
The miserable weather might be a factor and work in their favour in stifling the game.
Expecting them to slow the game down from the kick off, frustrating us at every move/decision, so a strong street wise ref is essential.
Don't know if Malik Wilks is down to play and he will be missed if not.
Expecting KLP to come in for some rough stuff so a penalty to us might be possible if he can can into the box with the ball at his feet.
We will need an early goal otherwise Plymouth might get a draw out of this, also not many teams win four games on the bounce at the start of the season.
Heart, City by a couple of early goals then completely maul them apart in the second half. Head ? 0-0, 1-1.

Charles Church is a lasting memorial to the blitz on Plymouth and is hard to miss unless you are blinkered

Mr Colston, after which Colston Hall was named, made a mint from slavery. And a bloke from Hull put a stop to it.

Bristol & Liverpool traded slaves, tobacco and sugar and formed one point in the triangle with West Africa & the New World.

Unimaginable wealth was generated by this trade & Liverpool has the highest number of listed buildings outside London as a consequence.

The goods traded through Hull were very unremunerative in comparison.

Bristol has a large and confident middle class well-established in their civic life as a legacy of their past trading days. It has some rough places on the outskirts but there is a self-confidence and 'rugger' mentality down there.

Tobacco, sugar and slavery = what a toxic trio of commodities to get rich on. Lung cancer, obesity and diabetes, and explotation of your fellow man in that order.

Shame on Bristol & all its citizens

I get upset at the thought of all those murdered whales writhing in agony with a harpoon stuck in them.
Given that Hull regularly topped the lists for smoking and obesity the citizens of Hull hardly appear disapproving of those products.

If you ever get the chance, try and watch a documentary put together by BBC Scotland and narrated by David Hayman.'Slavery';Scotland's hidden shame...Eye opener!!!

Edit...At one point in time(not entirely sure nowadays),the most popular surname in Jamaica was 'Campbell'...

Just logged on to check my code working, the mike is open and I'm currently listening to Burnsy bitching with the rest of the press box and discussing who nearly failed the temperature check on the way in to the stadium...
