Mane is out with Covid.. Thats 2 out at Liverpool ... I think soon the season will be cancelled personally...

Cancelling the season would be ideal for us imo...

Leicester to win the league at 40/1 is tempting me as an each way bet

You don't think it'll cancel the season if a few more sqauds start reporting positive tests?

I do like..... This could actually be good for us

The way Bruceys luck is at the minute they'll cancel it when we're 20 points adrift

Think they have agreed that if it was cancelled they would only declare a winner if 60% of games were completed.

There must be a threshold somewhere. I.e if x amount of clubs have x amount of cases then the season gets paused.

Maybe not but it reaches a point where a handful of clubs have a massive dis/advantage

If they didn't cancel it last year with the league already decided, they won't cancel it this year.

Players get injured. Some of them have been going out on piss ups, ****ing hookers all that ****.

If they aren't following regulations, they're to blame and will have to put up with it.

    agree.
More time for the takeover to happen. Protects us as a PL club.

what will happen is that the season will be suspended again and restarted.

my prediction is the suspending will start No ember abs restart March.

The premier league would surely be thinking we need the money from the Saudis, but will the Saudis be thinking **** this footballs ****ed??

Although I absolutely agree with you the problem is the prem will take action if the cartel lose players. But if it’s someone like us or Burnley they won’t.

I don't think the clubs will want it stopping mind the money is too vital to them, but if the players start saying no it'll get interesting

The other thing aswell is if they suspend the season do the players get paid. For example ozil at Arsenal on 350k per week and yet the tea lady gets the boot on her £8 an hour wage. Meanwhile football clubs up and down the country go pop.

I would love it if the league was cancelled and the PL introduce a Sal cap while covid is in and the spare money is used to keep all the football clubs afloat.

If the players say no then they should sacrifice their salaries to assist with the lower league clubs survival.

No way will the season be cancelled. Sale have 16 players testing positive for Covid in the Rugby but they are playing this weekend anyway. I suspect football will be the same. You play or you forfeit.

I reckon almost everything will stop at half term, cases rising, university fiasco, teachers union etc. Kids will already be off, perfect time for the Gestapo to shut as much as possible. A circuit breaker if you like.
