Went there twice midweek in one season a few years ago, both finishing 0-0 naturally, with the food more than making it worthwhile.
Rissole? They're really popular. Lived down here over 25 year and haven't even been arsed to try one, ever. You don't go to a chippy and order rolled up potato and corned beef for **** sake.
..... to put it in the bin. Walked down the canned meat isle in Tesco earlier. Saw a fray Bentos and was tempted. The. Remembered they are ****.
Not sure that’s a Rissole. Here in Sheffield it’s a kids breadcrumb covered fishcake. This will descend into a bread roll/ balm/tea cake thing.
It's definitely a rissole south wales style. Mashed potato and corned beef, rolled up in a ball and covered in bread crumbs. They love corned beef pasties here too. Must be the Argentina connection.
How much does a can of pork cost? Or spam? Or that other manky **** corned beef? Im guessing around £1.20?
