    Sorry to be a pedant but, strictly speaking, Constance Markevicz was the first woman MP. She was elected in 1918 for a Dublin seat while in Holloway prison and, like her fellow Sinn Féin MPs today, did not take her seat. Nancy Astor was the first woman MP to take her seat.

    '58-'59 was a ding-dong battle between us for the title. Both matches ended up 1-1, and they pipped us to the title by one point. We did however go up with them, having the best home record and goal average in the League that season.
