Yes, for his sake I'm pleased as he's just one the good guys that want to play football. From our point of view, theoretically given his skill base, he probably isn't going to get game time in the Harris master plan (whatever that is), but I think his dedication to the cause may have come in useful later in the season. But as alluded to earlier, he would have to wait. Good luck Callum, you served us well, entertainingly and with committment.
Hope one out means one or more coming in with accumulated receipts from Pato and Etheridge and wages savings. All seems a bit quiet on that front for my liking apart from unsubstantiated WoL musings.
I think that is 11 out and one in and two loans,if I was the tea lady I would be looking for another job.just saying.
Agreed. Whatever Harris has in mind, it seems incomplete. An international striker and with the exception of Tomlin, no playmakers. If Harris is contemplating a change of style, judging by performance thus far would suggest we don't have the players to suit it. I have to admit, I'm struggling to identify what we're aiming for.
Agreed Clingo. Definitely a good guy to have in your squad. Full of commitment and enthusiasm. If the Wendies need a trier to claw back their deficit, he's the man. Good luck to him except in the return fixture.
Harris has said he thought we would get a winger. Nothing against the guy but I thought we were looking to drive down the average age of the squad. https://www.walesonline.co.uk/sport...kCopy&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=sharebar
Could argue that you need to balance Ojo's youth with some experience especially with a young RB. Plenty of experience in CM and CB with the option of putting Hoillet on the right to support RB. Unc is ok, but would hope for a bit more zing out wide.
I think that was yesterday Nin. No updates today so far but Harris has his press conference later so we may find out more then.
Come on City. Pull your finger out. We all know we need a right back and playmaker cover for Tomlin and offload a couple of deadwoods. The international window closes on Monday but I think we have another 2 weeks to do home transfer business. Even Tottenham have managed to sign a striker so surely we can do something ffs.....
Uncle Albert moves ever closer - left Forest by mutual consent................... https://www.walesonline.co.uk/sport...s/nottingham-forest-star-leaves-club-19040402
Too much like Hoilett for me - we already have one winger with tricky feet but is too slow. Do we really need another?
Must say Hoilett does worry me. If anything Albert is more direct than Hoilett which should get the best out of Moore. All too often Hoilett tends to faff about out and loses the ball - Albert would be better and quicker in providing the necessary service from out wide.
EDIT - as much as I like the bloke for what he is, I must just add is Albert really the best we can do?
Totally agree. I’d rather see Whyte given a run. BfB hits the nail on the head as to our needs. I’m getting more and more disenchanted by this season and what we’ve got to look forward to - or more likely dread.
