Just to point out that indeed it is true that we take the name "The Potter's" because apart from the coal mines. This area was world famous for the Pottery industry. On to the game on Sunday.. I think this could be our toughest game so far away from home. I like the way Swansea play with two wingers. That may well cause us probems and as Sgt above say's. We usually will soak up the pressure and play on the break away from home.. I am one of those Stoke fans who wishes that T.P. would be a little more adventurous. Not sure if both Pennant and Etherington are fit to play but I very much doubt T.P. will start will both of them. You play an attacking, freeflowing style and I admit to liking the way you have played so far this season. Would happily take a pt on Sunday and move on to the next game. NO GAME is easy in this league and I think you will do well this season, after Sunday.. I hope you enjoy a good season and I think you will stay up.
Casual, if we do get 3 points, a big if, it will have been anything but easy. Stoke are a quality outfit and I think this is a big test for us. Keeping my optimistic hat on though.
