Not sad either, because of all his denials about how serious this is....like to think he'd get some humility, but that won't happen. However, I want him to be a bit sick and to suffer a little....certainly don't wish him (or anyone, apart from a few war lords) serious harm.
Could all be a scam too. "Look at me, I am overweight and old and still stayed healthy" This would get the sympathy vote and make the non believers, non believers more. Also would play into his hands as Biden wants to only open the economy when safe to do do, Trump is desperate for business as usual. Not suggesting for one moment that POTUS would lie. Not ever.
While certainly possible there are a few things working against: -Trump is a narcissist who is fixated on looking strong. Merely getting sick makes him seem weak. -Trump thinks that his rallies and public appearances help him. This means none of those. -Trump is an absolute idiot in a White House filled with absolute idiots. None of them can keep a secret for ten minutes.
