    Britain isn't a country though. Northern Ireland and Scotland are from different countries and both countries have their own local leagues. Surely they should not be supporting Rangers by your standards?

    Ok - in the bigger picture - Britain is a country of which the 6 Counties are part of.

    Direland is an entirely separate entitiy - nothing whatsoever to do with Britain.

    Therefore - why would a person support a team who play in a league totally outside of their country?
