    Better class of sponsor
Mondelēz International, owner of Cadbury, has today announced a global partnership between Cadbury and Leeds United Football Club, making the UK’s favourite chocolate brand the club’s Official Snacking Partner.

Apart from the 56 shirt which has a bit of Brazil about it, I don’t like any of the one before 73’ and even then it’s only because I used to draw the LU badge on my school books, the shirt itself is pretty bland. 76 onwards they got better but still there are several I think look awful

Bought a 72 Centenary Cup winning replica for a very ill friend a couple of years ago. Sadly, he passed a couple of months later but did get buried in the shirt. Sorely tempted to get one for myself, something simple and classic about it.

New home shirts arrived a few weeks ago (one each for me and JN), one of my favourites for years, again, simple and classic.

Theres has been a couple worried about the kids attitude, I would say dont worry. Firstly its clickbait headlines but importantly Bielsa when looking at players checks attitude as a big part of the criteria Orta uses. This guy wants to learn how to become a world beater and no problem with ambition, but he will respect Bielsa

    Leeds United
are set to pull off another coup with the £20million signing of Bayern Munich midfielder Michael Cuisance.

Cuisance, 21, was Borussia Monchengladbach’s Player of the Year in 2017-18 and joined Bayern in 2019.

After a season in Bavaria, the France youth international will now join Leeds to gain more first-team experience, and we’ve taken a look at what those to work closest to the player have had to say about his talents.

    Robert Lewandowski
“He’s a young player with huge potential,” Lewandowksi said when news of Cuisance’s move to Bayern broke, having witnessed the player first-hand playing for Gladbach.

“I didn’t know him at the time, but I thought, ‘This kid has a good future in front of him.'”

    Christoph Kramer
“At 17, he was already as far along as I was when I was 22!” were the words of Cuisance’s former Gladbach team-mate Kramer.

Considering Kramer started a World Cup final at the age of 23, that ain’t bad going.
    Hasan Salihamidzic
“He has a really good left foot – there’s music in it. Our opinion is that in the possession game that we play, he can develop further, fulfil his potential and improve and strengthen our team.”

    Hansi Flick
“He deserved this because he worked very, very well after Corona – also on his fitness,” Flick said after Cuisance scored his first Bundesliga goal for Bayern with a stunner against Wolfsburg in June.
“He has always proven that he is a great footballer. Now he is also with the necessary mentality in the matter. We were all happy that he scored such a beautiful goal.”
    Dieter Hecking
“Michael is an exceptional player for his age,” said former Gladbach coach Hecking. “He’s a game-changer.”

    Jean-Robert Foucher
“He’s the strongest I saw pass through, even if you can’t be sure how things will develop,” Foucher, a former coach of Cuisance’s in France, told L’Est Républicain after the midfielder joined Bayern.
“But I knew all the same that he would be a professional… his game intelligence, his desire, his determination. He was capable, for example, of changing his decision [on the ball] at the last second. But he worked really hard to get to that point.”

    Michael Cuisance
“Thiago, he’s phenomenal. I chose to sit next to him, I wanted to learn from one of the best midfielders in the business. He’s helped me a lot, he’s a good guy. He’s at the top and I’m still at the bottom.”
