Im usually up early enough tbh, just don't eat for about 4hours, few cups of tea and that. Never eaten breakfast in that way, like straight awake and eat stuff, it's pure madness to me

 

For me this has just made stuff that bit worse and it wasn't good before .

I hear you. Actually for me, it was pretty good before, but this year has pushed the bad stuff centre stage, and the good stuff to the shadows a bit. Trying to focus on the positives every day.

 

I feel weird . Drove to Southampton and met my manager . Handed over pass card , keys , lap top and monitor etc . Only me and him there . 37 years as of sep 3rd and I have now retired . Strange times . Stay safe all .

 

Yeah, a woman I worked with for 20 odd years retired at 60 and was dead within a month.

Sent her off a couple of weeks ago.

At the time didn't know if it was the heart attack at the top of the stairs or the fall down the stairs that triggered the heart attack.
She'd only recently had a hip replacement.
