Match Day Thread Tottenham Hotspur v Chelsea

Discussion in 'Tottenham Hotspur' started by PleaseNotPoll, Sep 28, 2020.

  1. For you lads who don't visit the Prem board, this is an extract from my post on the match day thread...

Mid game, Dier thinks to himself, "Hello! I've got the turtle's head. Better go for a quick **** while no one's looking!"

He walks off the pitch and down the tunnel. Mou chases after him and shouts, "Where the **** you go?"

    "I need a ****, boss! Beef tips. Can't stop or I'll **** my pants!"

    "But the ****ing match!!"

"Relax! It's only Chavs. Let me drop my guts, and job's a good 'un. We'll snatch the game in penalties, boss. Trust me, yeah!"

"**** you! I'm putting you down for the first penalty, if that happens!"

"Sorry, boss! I'm dropping lead, here!"

The draw for the next round is on Thursday after the Scouse filth play the South London filth.

He's given up on a player who’s been bad for two and a half years. He probably gave him a chance in that first game to see if he could start with a new lease of life, he didn’t, he still looked as bad as he’s been for ages and he’s been rightly dumped from the squad.

Jose’s done some questionable things here but dropping Dele isn’t one of them. Dele’s one of a number of players this club needs to get rid of, he’s not the worst by any means but he’s certainly on the list of “should go, had their time and chances”. He’s probably the most valuable one too, so it’s best we try getting money for him ASAP in the hope it can fund a move for Skriniar and a striker.

I’m really excited to see more of Reguilon this season you can see how dynamic he is. With him and Doherty flying down the wings it’s going to add such a different dimension to our game. Just need that striker and defender and we will be looking bloody good

Lampard saying that he could see his team were tired at the end of the game. Must be hard playing Saturday and then Tuesday and then Saturday again
