Chelsea got behind Liverpools line a lot too, didn't convert the goals they shoulda when they had the chance. Red card finished them and completely switched the game towards Liverpool. If Auba was in charge of some of the chances Lacazette had, might have been a different game. People getting in and behind Pool is gonna have to be something Klopp looks at
We should definitely have made more of those chances, and like you say Aubameyang would have buried them. Laca usually brings it to the big games, so I'm a bit surprised he choked when he had those chances. But yeah Liverpool's high line is a definite angle for teams to exploit. Klopp reckons it's a risk worth taking, but there's an opening there for teams to exploit.
Personally, I don’t get why you’re playing one of the best strikers in the league on the left hand side. He should be down the middle every week for me.
Laca does the hold up play really well, which brings Aubameyang into play. To be fair he's usually really effective cutting in from the left. Henry-esque. And his goals last season don't lie. Would have like Auba in the middle last night though when Laca had those two 1 on 1's
Ive organised a "comfort room" for haslam this morning he's in there enjoying frozen 2 and cheese strings, you'll be in there with him after our next win Piskie won't give a **** hell just move on and carry on ripping spurs
You know nothing about footie and youre completely incapable of chatting about it bruv Its easy to get in behind Liverpool is getting pissy? Only in the mind of someone who doesnt understand what it means
Punches in the face are fine... Matic did the same a mane vs Brighton. Let's see if that rule applies to clubs in the lower echelons throughout the season.
