Why is everyone on the Hull board a member of the perma-offended gang? If somebody tells me to **** off and die, get AIDS or die in a car crash, it doesn't bother me one bit. And that happens. Why must you stick your oar in? If he's offended by it, good, I'll tell him to **** off and get a thicker skin.
You had City nowhere and Leeds in 6th. I know it's just your opinion but I can't allow that kind of filth. How come the majority of people think the white ****e are gonna finish above us? Whoa chill Erik. I'm a complete moron why? Obviously I don't like even reading the idea of Leeds finishing above us, it doesn't bother me who says it though. It was a joke anyway but I think you probably knew that. Your rant about people not getting offended easily must have been intended irony surely...
No, it's the fact that you are completely obsessed with Leeds United. It's unhealthy. Anytime I mention that I think they will win, or that they are a decent side, you go bloody mental. And do you care as much as Craig about a sentence I posted anonymously on the internet, that had no real feeling or emotion behind it?
I don't know if you're confusing me with someone or if you're referring to earlier posts that I've forgotten or what, but either way I don't really know what you're getting at. I really, really don't like Leeds, not just because I'm taught not to but I think everything about their club and they way they play is just horrible, and historically has been. I can happily admit that anything pro-Leeds (even something as simple as your prediction) annoys me. It's actually healthy for my appreciation of proper football. I don't know what you're on about regarding Craig, I'm not gonna get into an internet bullying debate. I started the verbal aggression I suppose, but I thought it was all in jest and a lot less serious than this...
I didn't say otherwise, I was just pointing out that you're a little bit mental when it comes to having an opinion on Leeds United. There you go, Craig.
Not one for predictions but in no particular order will go for us, Leicester, Southampton, Middlesborough, West Ham and someone who sneaks in under the radar and will probably go up via the play-offs (perm one from the rest of the teams) as top 6
Erik you asked me to leave you alone so I have been. Obviously you think I'm being a bit touchy but in my opinion it's ok to call people anything you like, but 'wishing death on someone and all they hold dear' is OTT. Whether ISTPLT was offended or not is his business and I accept you weren't serious, but you can't always tell that people are joking from written words.
Southampton will easily finish in the top 6. 5 wins out of 5 at home, average scoring of 2.5 goals per game, an excellent manager. I think they'll do a Norwich and finish in the top 2. Managers alway say 10 games gives you a fair indicator of where teams are 'likely' to finish, after all nearly a quarter of the season has been played. Everything about our team seems 'right' at the moment, except for the goals scored column, we need more goals!
Very sensible comments Glennon, Southampton MAY finish in top 6 but I dont see it, yes they've had a high flying start, as had Brighton, Southampton are still riding the crest of the wave from promotion last season, they were gifted 2 penalties yesterday that set them on their way to winning the game. I think they will hang around place 6-10 and could just scrape into place offs at best.
I can see this 1. Boro 2. Southampton 3. Derby 4. West Ham 5. Hull City 6. Crystal Palace Crystal Palace now have a good strong team and a decent manager in Dougie Freedman.
Call me old fashioned but I'd rather not count my chickens before they hatch. You can't predict anything now. This time last season we were 20th. No one would have guessed we'd have finished a few points outside the play offs from then. The league is far too unpredictable and anyone can beat anyone.
