How the **** can that be Lamberts arm? Its impossible, absolutely ridiculous if people genuinely think that it is his arm!
Obviously not his arm, unless he can unscrew and reverse it. Good call from ref, but does show why I don't want technology introduced. How long would it have taken for another official to make that decision? Take the rough with the smooth and accept what the on-field officials decide.
I was sitting down the other end of the ground, so at the time I had no opinion on that penalty at all (conversly, the 2md penalty was right in front of me, and it was nailed on). I wasn't even sure it had been given for handball or a push, let alone if it was a correct decision. However, looking at that photo, it's as clear as day to me that a Watford players handles it. (It's never Rickie's arm in the air).
Well tbf i was not the only person who said it was Lamberts arm. One of you lot pointed it out to me. I was focused on the arm not the hand. Thats the only thing that gives it away, the hand is the wrong way round
by freakish i meant long, as it was his whole arm virtually (ignore this comment if you were being sarcastic, i can't really tell)
I was simply saying that it looks like Lambert's forearm, but on closer look you can see an elbow. I would not be surprised if JE was freakish. He is a beast (sometimes)
