sorry pal, place near York called Aldwark manor. Will have at least one weekend a year away, celebrate the lad who gave me a kidney as he loves his golf.

Mix of handicaps from 7-28, but weather (High winds) and course in winter setup(not winter greens) levelled comp. 2 round score of 62 won the money. Was out of the money with 4 others on 61.

I've played Aldwark, best part of 30 years ago! Was a nice little track from what I can remember, a pay and play I think?

Lived in Huntingdon Road, Heworth for about six months, really loved York.

Do you just play society golf or also at a club?

An hour up the road for me. First time I played it. If it were in summer conditions I think it would have been easy.

strange layout that doesn’t flow, lovely hotel that’s just been refurbished.

Play at least once a month, but only socially, no time for more.

Scrambled eggs with grated cheese running through them. Cheese and maggis topping then topped off with two fried eggs with cheese and maggis on top.
    Very eggy and cheesy <cheers>
