U23s football is completely different to men's. He may well be a cracking player, and if he is, he will get his chance. I hope he gets his chance (if he's good enough). But we got the win today without him.
this is a forum for debate im debating, and you are insulting me because of my view, this is not the first time you have done that, if you want to debate then do it don't insult . keep it up and you will find that 2 can play that game and you may not like the outcome
I'm not insulting you. Your right every one is entitled to an opinion, I'm just glad yours isn't heard inside the ground.
It certainly is a lot different, turgid at times watching the u23s in the rain/fog/freezing cold. All I can say is that he looked good to me and done well in pre season and the loan. Looks physically stronger than he did for the stiffs. If Maguire is injured I'd give him a shot personally.
2 wins and a draw from the first 3 games and this is what you come up with. Embarrassing. so far you have called me an hindrance and an embarrassment, and this from the keyboard of a mentally challenged person with a derangement syndrome. well done keep it up see how far it gets you. You really must learn to shut that potty mouth of yours
Thing about Diamond is he's had a season on loan playing proper footy. Additionally, the Harrogate boss wanted him back on loan so he thought he must have been good enough for League 2 level. It's not like he's a kid from the under-23's with little experience like Neil for example. He offers pace an all which we are seriously lacking elsewhere so can see why folk think he should be getting on the pitch for the last 15-20 mins. I was one of them.
He should be getting minutes, especially at home. We should he loaning the younger lads out at 17/18 so they come back stronger and clued up on what the game is all about. Dan Neil has surprised me, can't say he stood out in the U23S games I watched down at Hetton.
ok dickhead i've tried to be nice to you but you are a really thick ****er you don't have to insult people to get your point of view across but in your case i have to make an exception. to spout your mouth before engaging your brain and even deny you have insulted when you clearly have
Whats pathetic ?, no one on here is not pleased about the results as far as I can see, some may pin everything on that, some don't, fair enough, we are all entitled to a point of view Its a football forum, we will never all agree, thats the beauty of it.
Its always good to see players playing their part. I have criticised Flanagan in the past as is my right, and am pleased as anyone to see him respond the way he has, the more players that do this, the better, its a win win.
It'll pass mate, those wanting an argument stand out a mile. It's a shame but they're best ignored or banned. As far as the game's concerned I'd say that if the ref had ignored the penalty or Grant missed it Parkinson wouldn't taken some stick. It would've been 4 dropped home points, from 2 games and some pretty dreary football. The way we're playing our strikers won't score many this season.
