Thai or India tonight. Swaying towards Indian, not had one for seemingly forever. Plus, can knock up Thai red or green myself fairly easily. She fancies Thai though. I should win this!
If you see it on offer, do give it a go ... crisps up under the grill lovely and tastes smashing ... best bacon I've tasted outside of Wales, where you can get it fresjly hand carved to your preferred thickness at the markets (Swansea and Neath)
Try stirring in a little cornflour if it happens again; improves the appearance ... should still taste OK even though it's split
Can always happen mate ... my solution is to stir a little in at a time and keep whisking manically with a fork until it is completely blended ... but as Ginge says, best to take off the heat completely... once it's completely infused you can then reduce it to whatever the desired consistency without fear of it splitting ....
Had Indian. Goa chicken myself. Wasn't that good tbh but not had one in ages so was OK, ate the lot. Went to the closest one to us, cba to go any further to the infinitely better one, and was sad to see they've got pretty much **** all business. Everyone (ridiculously) scared of their shadow at the moment, really sad.
