I don't think putting on an extra striker with 5 mins left is a great idea. Not when your hanging on to a 1-0 lead.
We deffo need to be more of an attacking threat imo. I know it's really early doors but already we're the lowest scorers in the top 6. If we carry that on we won't make top two imo and that has to be the bare minimum for this season.

Especially when the last option was Will Grigg, he is not going to run them ragged with his pace. PP got it right, the result proves it. Mind you away to Charlton I would start Graham. The injury to Maguire is a blow like, him and Power are two pretty big players for us.
We had no get out ball in those last few minutes due to a chronic lack of pace up front Diamond would have give us pace, Graham certainly does not. Wyke should not be in the squad.

You've probably seen diamond play one game for us, and that would be a friendly. Posters keep calling for diamond to play knowing very little about him. I don't like Parkinson's football and I certainly don't want him long term but you can't criticise after the very good start we've had. 7 points from the first 3 games is excellent with 2 of those games being against promotion contenders. I can understand complaints after a defeat or draw but not after back to back victories. It's pathetic to be honest.
FWIW, I've seen diamond over a dozen times for the rezzies and he was pretty much always the standout player for us. He is a very good dribbler and has a good strike on him, something different to what we have. He has come back from the loan looking physically stronger as well. I hope he gets a good few games this season.

you can look at a piece of dog turd and know its **** without touching it smelling it or tasting it,subsequently you can look at Parky's team selection, tactics and general lack of subs at the right time and know he is ****e before going further.the longer he is there the more we will drop
He is a different type of player to what we have in the side. Decent pace, will get the ball and attack the fullback and get us up the pitch. I remember people saying similar about Watmore but Diamond has much better control of the ball and as I say, looks physically much stronger after the loan.
No wonder our fans have got a reputation for turning on the team, and sometimes being a hindrance. 2 wins and a draw from the first 3 games and this is what you come up with. Embarrassing.
