No... But it's true.. Sean and hayden works as demonstrated in put best period since being promoted.. ie the second half of rafas last season. Bruce never plays that combination.. It appears to me that they work together is what I'm saying.. What's the other option?? Jonjo? Sick of him mate absolutely sick of him
I can imagine getting tanked of Spurs, then Bruce saying something about consistency and pointing to this result as if it really means something!
Yep. Longstaff has gone from worst player at the club to suddenly being an essential first team member. You couldn't write it really. Must admit though I'm no further forward in understanding if he is getting back to his best because Morecambe were really bad. But it was nice to see a midfielder run around closing people down.
No I've maintained that they're all **** on cm and I'm sighting which pairing should start... Shelvey is useless I've been banging on about cm for years... If we don't sign one then at least pick the two that have demonstrated they can play together. I hope I've made myself clear.
Its ok you made yourself clear previously when you said he should never ever play. You've also made yourself clear today that you've blatantly flip flopped. We are used to it. No one takes you seriously anyone when it comes to football so no harm done mate
Neither should any of them.... My position there hasn't changed You've misunderstood as usual.. I don't take life seriously mate
another one that doesn't get the point None of them are good enough But Longstaff and Hayden works better on evidence Why is that so hard for you people to understand?
Agreed - while his range of passing is second to none the energy in midfield (the engine room*) is severely lacking and the amount of times I see him walking back having missed a tackle and waving his arms is unreal. Longstaff, Hayden have way more energy and are more defensivley minded. I'd have no issue using Jonjo in the hole behind the striker where his work rate and defensive contribution isn't as important but I'd rather Miggy in there. Barlaser looked good for the 30mins he got last night though, very impressed with his ball retention, looks like he's got energy to burn in there as well.
