My understanding of mid-week kick off being about 8 o'clock isnto allow fans to get home from work and then to the match? They should bring them all forward to 7 until fans are allowed back, given fans need to get home and sit in front of the telly now.
These staggered kick offs are purely for tv the premier league will do whatever bt and sky tell them to
Weekend kick off times won't change, weekdays needs to as the current times don't work for shutting times.
Sadly, imo, I'd have to say I don't believe they should be allowed to show games in pubs. People having a meal and a drink will socially distance, I'd doubt football supporters celebrating a last minute winner would manage that tbh.
