The point still stands. If no fans affects the performance of one set of players then it must also affect the other set. Unless both sets of players are of the same ability and start of level they won't be level if performance levels drop due to lack of fans.

I think we can now put these ridiculous claims to bed. A little common sense was all that was needed.
