    Our refs are poor, very poor standard .

    They need to be full time with a manager in charge of them .

    Train everyday to a high level of fitness.

    And be allows to review and discuss decisions post match.

    Most refs have real jobs though.

    Can the SFA afford to match salaries?

    Are their careers over at 40?

    Just close the lodges and it'll make all the difference.
