It isn't just the pitch, the away changing rooms are usually basic, heat turned up/down. Ball boys to go fast/slow (your ballboy isn't going to rush to give your opponents the ball if they're attacking for example). When Livi were on the attack the other day late on do you think the guy blasted the music out by mistake? Every advantage is taken
