Of course. Just as we're going to legislate to improve workers' rights, environmental protections and food standards over and above those of the EU. The thing is we could have done all of these things whilst in the EU - they only set minimum standards, not maximum. One of the main reasons for leaving is that we can undercut these standards when doing trade deals isn't it?
