It may be time for Pompey to enter a competition of a more appropriate level.

    The Hampshire Cup, for instance.

Mind you, there is the £750 entrance fee. Might prove a bit tricky.

Hold on Possum - Colin was making a relevant point, your late owner was born in Germany, and moved to Switzerland after the war had ended, did he not ?

Therefore, he may well have known Uncle Adolph at some stage of his life. His Dad & Hitler may have been school mates for example - who knows ?

  9. Markus Liebherr was born in 1948 so, no, he did not know Uncle 'Dolf. His father was Hans Liebherr who served as an army engineer during the Second World War. He served his native country (Germany) in the same way that our fathers and grandfathers served our country - loyalty, patrotism, etc.

Unlikely they went to the same school as AH was brought up in Linz across the border.

    Most try harder woopie poopie...

Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear !! - soppy old Possum <laugh>

It's like going fishing, laying the bait, and then easily catching a few little 'visitors' like you.........If you don't like it, don't come onto our page Possum, stay on your own site, where you and your young friends can repeatedly say "In NC/NA we trust" on virtually every single thread like a bunch of ventriloquist's dummies <ok>

    Wow, absolutely gripping stuff <doh>

Oh its just like the old 606 Woopy, you try to be smart and clever and fall over with egg on your face :emoticon-0118-yawn: It must have been in your childhood, perhaps a egg and spoon race.

Woopy these are all open threads and my comments are open and honest BUT not what you want to hear being the very blinkered duck you are and secondly if i didn't post on here you would not be able to spend time on hear as you would get fed up talking to the very, very BlueFew.

Anyway lets get back to football Woopy, how did your game go today ?
You must be worrying about relagation again or do you think you will kick start again mid season like last year ?
I wont tell you how things are going with us because i told you LAST season we would be above you but in all your blue blinkeredness you thought a league 1 side could not cope in the Championship

I honestly don't see the point in 'laying the bait' in the hopes that people 'bite'. Why do it? Just wondering cause I personally think it's pointless, no offense, but that's just me.
