Don't see the need for sweetcorn. Your **** is gonna contain sweetcorn. It just doesn't digest so what's the ****in point?

Not huge on peas and I never cook rice without sweetcorn in it. More for texture in rice tbh. Top tip lads!... Try chewing your sweetcorn.
Your digestive system cannot break down the outer layer of corn, the husk. It only digests the starch in the centre of it.

White sauce on this one was nice and thick, loads of cheese added to it. The cottage cheese is a great idea. Was looking for ways to make it just as nice but healthier.
Yeh I read that before and that's sound, but a bit sprinkled over the top at the end enhances the flavour and aroma. Trust.
