I think it usually falls between 21st/24th and depends on cosmological measurements rather than a fixed Calendar date. So yes it might be tomorrow this year.
Just drove all the way back from Leeds with a sheet of glass in the back of the car, mind numbing journey as I obviously had to drive carefully. Got 40.5mpg out of the wagon. That should never happen, they weren’t made to do more than 24mpg.
