    Newcastle United fans were left puzzled after the announcement that Blackstone Chambers were acting on behalf of the Magpies and Mike Ashley disappeared from the firm's website.

    Sources could not confirm why this happened but did tell ChronicleLive that Blackstone are still acting on behalf of the club and Ashley in their dispute with the Premier League.

    It's over.. The clubs finished.. The premier league ha wiped it's arse on the club.. All that remains is relegation and the PIF buying man united next summer
