Don't see the need for sweetcorn. Your **** is gonna contain sweetcorn. It just doesn't digest so what's the ****in point?

Not huge on peas and I never cook rice without sweetcorn in it.

More for texture in rice tbh.

Top tip lads!... Try chewing your sweetcorn.

Your digestive system cannot break down the outer layer of corn, the husk. It only digests the starch in the centre of it.

Prefer 2nd day Lasagne, microwaved. Improves the texture when its dried out a bit.

Looks excellent that. How long did it take though?

    Sounds like a plan :emoticon-0148-yes:

Hate lasagne with too much or runny white sauce. Will try to remember that.

White sauce on this one was nice and thick, loads of cheese added to it.

The cottage cheese is a great idea. Was looking for ways to make it just as nice but healthier.

Yeh I read that before and that's sound, but a bit sprinkled over the top at the end enhances the flavour and aroma. Trust.

So I did. Beef in oyster sauce. Egg fried rice. Fried noodles (totally veggie style), beef and chicken sweet chilli.

I also did some hoi sin chicken. That's for me.. hoi sin is probably my favourite Chinese sauce.

    **** my old nokia
