    One of the problems with diversity quotas is that it leaves a BAME selection being tarred with the brush of being chosen by colour rather than ability.

    An example is the lady chosen to replace Sue Barker, Alex Scott, who by all accounts has a wide sporting ability, as well as being qualified in journalism and broadcasting.

    The diversity quota has devalued her achievement.

    They seem perplexed that there are more white people in a majority white country .

    They should be represented by demographics so 13% blacks 5% Muslims and 6% ****s .

    ****s Muslims and blacks are already over represented in TV especially the BBC , they should shut the **** up .

    Gary Lineacres a mouthpiece for a lot of this, yet they don't show much womens football on MOTD and the games they do show have a disproportionate amount of wealthy black people, and a lack of Asians and Chinese.
