We welcome the news that more pilot matches are to take place and we can confirm that we have made a request to the EFL to be considered as a host for one of these test events.

We continue to work closely with the EFL, our local Safety Advisory Group and the Sports Grounds Safety Authority to put us in a position to be able to welcome our fans back to the KCOM Stadium as soon as possible. It goes without saying that the health of our fans, partners, staff and players is the absolute priority and we will continue to be guided by the Government on what is permitted at this time.

Any pilot match we host will be on a strictly limited, invite only basis, to allow us to rigorously test our stringent matchday procedures, which have been developed over a number of months, before we are then able to open up the turnstiles to bigger numbers.

Cock off scummer. Although I'll let you take some solace in the fact that the North Derbyshire Blunts are, just, scummier than you.

Maybe, but Fleming has done nothing wrong, and he has the shirt, it would IMO be wrong of Terry to just put Elder back in after a layoff. The Leeds game would be a chance to give him some game time.

Going by their record of organising things like seat moves, stand closures, membership scheme, communicating with fans, responding to e-mails, broadcasting games on TV and the likes, this does not bode well.

It’s Wednesday and they still haven’t let membership holders know how they can access a stream for Saturday’s match. So adding the job of inviting 1,000 membership holders into the ground on Saturday is surely way beyond the club’s current capability.

Presumably they are waiting until after tonight's game before sending the further details out for Saturday's game. That's probably a sensible move. However, I do agree with your last sentence.

Completely agree, Elder hasn't had much pre-season and Fleming has done extremely well. Not quite got the plaudits Emmanuel has but he's not put a foot wrong. We've also kept 2 clean sheets in 2 games away from home, against 2 side that are meant to be pushing towards the top. We have to stick with the current back 4 as long as we're doing okay defensively.

Tonight is the perfect opportunity to bring Elder back, hopefully, Long and Coyle both get starts too. But for the league, if possible we shouldn't be changing it up at all.

It's that sense of early season optimism that I'm suffering from. Feeling far too optimistic after the relatively blistering start. Looking forward to tonight. I'm not saying that we'll win like........................................
