Basically the bastards are being forced into making a decision based on what information they've got. That's my understanding anyway.. Once they've done that it's either job done or they'll appeal with legal representatives present and so on.
My guess would be CAS rather than the High Court. The PL offered arbitration. Maybe NUFC and the consortium have instructed Messrs De Marco and Fatima for just that purpose.
I don't think it will. I think the PL will cave in. The negative publicity is damaging to their brand.
The way I see it is they'll look at it and if they've been upto no good they'll fold.. If they've not they'll still look at it and think **** this.
