He may have been told they'll talk to him if the ELF say no and that that decision is imminent. Here's me surmising/hoping.
I don’t see this as a good sign. I’ve got a feeling Storey is pushing these twitter feeds fed by SD or Rodwell. If talks were close to concluding I don’t think they’d be using him. I could be wrong and that nut job could end up with the club like.
Nah I reckon he has a bid on the table but no proof, another has been accepted and until it’s confirmed he still has hope
He’s a nutjob man, imagine turning up at the sol in a vaux Samson strip and getting somebody to take photos of you then tweeting that you are trying to buy Safc whilst an nda is in place and a period of exclusivity is leaked Probably believes the earth is flat the ****ing balloon!
Apart from this forum he's getting very little publicity tbh ... ... so, I've no idea unless he's serious.
Trying to rally up enough imbeciles to have a funeral most likely or to go and shout at a premier league sponsors shopping outlet
There surely isn’t a chance this bloke has made any kind of offer, let alone a serious one. Hopefully!
Don't know if this has already been posted but i was just reading it. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.da...otential-Sunderland-owner-William-Storey.html Not bad ball skills, even if he doesn't take over he might get a game if he fetches his boots
Do you think that's a dig at Charlie who apparently appeared in the dressing room at half time at Wembley play-off final to rant at the players and was told to do one?
Not like it needs to be said, really, but Storey is not buying the club. No one at the club is in cahoots with him. They've leaked to the press several times it's not happening. He'll have just seen the massive press presence over the Newcastle takeover, and saw the Sunderland thing and thought this was a great chance to be relevant for a few months.
Haha, dunno mate, which bit ? Tbh I don't recall seeing anything about Charlie doing that. Sounds very David Brent lol. That Storey gadgie wears some rank lookin awld trainers mind. Theres an old saying "never trust a man with scruffy shoes"
